I’m Ania Shestakova — internationally known and locally respected artist, DevRel, and founder with roots in art, design, and interwebs culture.

I bridge creative and technical worlds, shipping sick full-stack products.

Since 2020, I’ve been building in the EVM space — from hackathons to launching Tableland.xyz, a custom cloud DB backed by Filecoin, where I led Developer Relations and ecosystem growth.After a two-year mental health break spent cycling, researching ML, and engaging with Web3 communities across LATAM and Japan, I resurrected at Devcon BKK, and found my lost passion for building living my life during DeFi Summer @ Berachain.

There, I co-led the launch of mibera and HoneyRoad.xyz, transmuting my club/art background into a narrative-rich product experience that resonated with 90k+ users.

Textile.io & Tableland.xyz – DevRel Lead & Cofounder (2021–2022)

🎀 Textile (DevRel / Ecosystem Strategist)

• Grew org’s community from Slack to Public Platforms 1.5k to 17k+ on X — an 11x increase in under 6 months.
• Audited internal organizational bottlenecks to streamline team workflows
• Defined scope and execution plan for the new product launch — including content, partnerships, and developer support.
• Led developer education initiatives: produced, and curated content, created onboarding paths, coordinated hackathon presence, and mentored devs.
• Participated in hiring of technical team.
• Nurtured key cross-org partnerships with Protocol Labs ecosystem (e.g. Filecoin +, IPFS).
• Supported integrations and partnerships across EVM native tooling and ecosystem grants.

• Helped Tableland grow from early prototype to Tableland Studio, including strategy, collabs/integrations, and community builder onboarding.
• Defined early-stage product-market fit via user interviews, developer validation, and competitor mapping.
